Working out has slowly grown on me. I’ve always had dancing as my stress relief & calorie burner, so to my eyes I was pretty healthy by doing that as my “active” outlet. This all changed when I joined Making Warriors, a functional training program based in Santa Monica. Eeek, was I out of shape! Long story short I now train for 30min / 3-4 times a week. It’s easier to commit to when my schedule is normal and I stick to a routine but knowing that this is not the case for most people, I wanted to share my go-to workout for those days that it’s hard to make it to the gym or whatever your normal workout outlet is. Pretty much writing a “note to self” as well since it will be very helpful when traveling. But first things first, wearing a cute workout outfit will definitely motivate you to get started! A great bag is one you can take from workout class/errands to happy hour. This MZ Wallace is my favorite crossbody bag that also transforms into my nighttime accessory for any ootn when detaching its strap. This Nike layered top is sexy and lightweight, perfect to pair up with my favorite leggings! Ok, here we go:
10 push ups
10 burpees
Hold a 30 sec plank in the push up position
20 sit ups
20 jump squats
Repeat 5 times, as fast as you can always prioritizing your form. This set will hit every muscle in your body + get your heart rate and cariodvascular system working very hard. No stone left unturned here 😉

Hi great blog! Does running a blog similar to this take
a large amount of work? I’ve very little knowledge of computer
programming however I had been hoping to start my own blog soon.
Anyways, should you have any recommendations or techniques for new blog owners please share.
I know this is off topic nevertheless I just needed to ask.
Appreciate it!
